The Services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age and older.  By using the Services, you represent and warrant, on behalf of yourself and your Designee,  (i) that you and your Designee are 18 years of age or older and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract with Venwise and (ii) that your and your Designee’s use of the Website and/or Services is consistent with our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable law. If you or your Designee do not meet these requirements, you and your Designee must not access or use the Services. The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.  If you or your Designee are under 18, you are not permitted to provide any information to or on the Website (including any information about yourself, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any username you may use) or to otherwise access the Services.
